Arij Kaissi is an Educational Psychologist with a passion for fine chocolate tasting and designing. It all started back in 1996 after her BA graduation. The desire for bringing something new and unique to the field of chocolate began with the creation of chocolate arrangements, thematic baby and wedding handcrafted chocolate designs and souvenirs.

All through her MA education in the field of Guidance and Counseling and through her work career, the passion for creating chocolate designs and arrangements never ceased. It was the gateway to self-exploration in fine chocolate conceptions and uniqueness, whether in Dubai where she resided for ten years or in Lebanon her home country. The dream for creating luxury chocolate enrobed with exquisite, elegant and meticulous presentations took a serious path and that is when the registered brand name Cocovie was born.
